We encourage Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout our farm. THESE PRACTICES ARE required in order to conform to the guidelines recommended by agencies that control authorization and licensing for manufacture and sale of food. These guidelines provide minimum requirements that a food product manufacturer must meet to assure that the products are of high quality and do not pose any risk to the consumer or public.

Food Safety is a scientific discipline describing handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that prevent food borne illness. FOOD CAN TRANSMIT DISEASE FROM PERSON TO PERSON AS WELL AS SERVE AS A GROWTH MEDIUM FOR BACTERIA THAT CAN CAUSE FOOD POISONING. THESE RISK ARE FULLY ELIMINATED WITH OUR METHOD OF HANDLING AND PREPARATION MAKING OUR CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMERS HAPPY.
